7. Transborder transfer of personal data

Before executing transborder transfer of personal data Operator has to make sure that the foreign state, where the transfer of personal data is supposed to be executed to, guarantees effective legal protection of the personal data subjects.
Transborder transfer of personal data to the foreign states, where the abovementioned requirements cannot be met, can be executed only with the written consent of personal data subject, authorizing the transborder transfer of his or her personal data and/or performance of the contract, to which the personal data subject is a party.
