In order to start working on your wig, we will need information about the selected model, head measurements and prepayment. You can take measurements yourself (our expert will help you with this remotely) or visit one of our showrooms. After receiving measurements and photos of the desired wig from you, we agree with you all the details and calculate the final cost of the product. For us to start a custom-made order, a prepayment of 50% of the total cost is required. Making a wig or volumizer takes from 14 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the model.

All our wigs are hand-made: each hair is individually sewn to a thin lace front in a certain direction. This is a delicate and painstaking job, so it takes an average of 70-90 days to make one wig.

All wigs are hand-made, so their shade may vary slightly. They can be very similar in essence, but two absolutely identical wigs do not exist.
Is it possible to order a wig from the client’s hair?
Such a possibility is reviewed on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse if the hair is not suitable for the order, and we are not responsible for their quality. If the hair is suitable for the product, we subtract the cost of the hair from the total order value.
How do you secure a wig / volumizer?
The base of our wigs and volumizers is made of thin, breathable material, has its unique anatomical shape and fits snugly. We offer various, modern and reliable fastening systems and we can always help you choose the one that suits you.
Can I change the parting on the wig?
In most models of our wigs, we use the technology “freestyle multi-direct parting”, which allows you to change the parting in any direction. To change the parting, it is necessary to wet the parietal part of the hair of the wig with water, comb and dry with a hairdryer in the direction of your choice.
Can I sleep in a wig / volumizer?
We do not recommend sleeping in a wig/volumizer, as this will lead to faster wear and tear and will affect the lifecycle of the product.
Can I swim in a wig / volumizer?
We do not recommend swimming in a wig/volumizer. Chemicals in the water and/or saltwater dry the hair and shorten the life of the product.
Can I play sports in a wig / volumizer?
You can play sports in a wig in exceptional cases. For regular classes, we recommend purchasing a separate wig with a special base.
Can I visit the sauna in a wig / volumizer?

Can I color the wig in other shades?
Accessories made of pre-dyed and processed human hair can be toned, colored tone to tone and in darker shades. If, when purchasing a wig or volumizer, you plan on further coloring, we recommend choosing lighter shades and adding dark accents to them. We do not recommend the use of brightening and bleaching products on human hair accessories. What styling products are recommended for styling wigs and volumizers?
We do not recommend the use of dry shampoos and powder sprays. Excessive use of hair spray and other styling products shortens the life of the wig and volumizer. We recommend the use of professional hair products that do not contain sulfates and parabens.
Can I give my wig for coloring and haircut to my hairdresser?
There is a huge difference between your hair and a human hair accessory. We recommend trusting work with your wig or volumizer only to the hairdressers and colorists who specialize in working with human hair accessories.
How to store a wig / volumizer?
To prolong the wig’s beauty, keep it on a stand or mannequin head. This will allow it to “breathe” and maintain its shape, texture, and styling. We do not recommend storing wigs in plastic bags or synthetic bags. When transporting, use a special case (link to our case). Keep the wig away from sunlight, sources of high temperature and high humidity. The ideal place is dark, dry, odorless (for example, the top shelf of a wardrobe).
How long do wigs usually last?
The life of the wig depends on many different factors: how the wig is worn, washed, combed and looked after. On average, the life of the wig is up to 2 years with proper care.
Is there a warranty for PPW wigs / volumizers?
All wigs and volumizers purchased in our online store have a warranty period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. All wigs are thoroughly tested before departure. The PICTURE PERFECT WIGS team makes every effort to make you satisfied and enjoy your purchase.
How long does a wig delivery take when buying online?
Delivery time depends on the region and can be as fast as a few hours (for delivery in Kyiv), or from 3 to 10 days (for delivery to other cities or countries).

Refunds/exchanges when purchasing online
